"Boy, have you made a hit down here" Lily has a rather serious anal gland infection right now. Last evening I showered her with medicated shampoo to take the fire out and then we tried out the towel. Wow! I'll tell you the biggest thing: Lily doesn't have the massive coat that Jessie has, and her back dries pretty quickly, but because of all the stomach and leg feathering, no matter how I towel rub, the water continues to drain downward and she will leave wet sloppy paw prints for a long time. Not now. The legs totally dried. But here is the best part; as soon as she was mostly dry, I took off the wet towel and put on the second one, dry, and she slept in it. She will not chew, bite, lick or rub the bad spots while she has it on. She had a peaceful night. We all did. I take it off for her to "go" on leash, then put it back on. The Towel Tog doesn't allow her to scoot or continue to irritate herself. She went to the vet this morning, wearing her towel. The entire practice was nuts about it. They decided it was a perfect arrangement for a dog with an incision, or a wound. The wrap lays flat over the bandages, it's comfortable....fortunately I had taken a few brochures with me, but unfortunately, they never left the "back room" where the staff decided they needed them for their own dogs as well as the practice"

Lily has a lovely retriever coat which dries much quicker than Jessie's, but it has never...as in ever in her life....felt as soft. After wearing the towel (tog), guess what?
